My monthly benefit funds usually post to my prepaid card at midnight on the dot, but my current balance is still showing zero this morning. I checked the main government portal and it says the payment was successfully disbursed, so the issue is definitely on the card issuer's side. Calling that direct line bypassed the congested trunk lines and put us through to a representative who manually pushed the pending deposit through to her card balance.
